The formation of a university network to promote entrepreneurship for a sustainable Danube region.
🌟 Every year, 8 universities from 4 countries come together for the Danube Cup, an international pitch competition that provides a unique platform for early-stage student start-up teams. The vision of this Cup is to build a leading network of higher education institutions to promote entrepreneurship for a connected and sustainable Danube region. There is no better place to share our insights on the EdTech Talents project!
In line with the mission to provide an international stage for entrepreneurial students, teachers and researchers to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange, Eva-Maria Infanger was invited to give a keynote speech about her start-up journey with MatheArena and talk about the known and new challenges. A key message was the rewarding experience she gained as a consortium partner in the ongoing Deep Horizon project.
🔑 Our key takeaways from this inspiring event at the JKU – LIT Open Innovation Center: We all face similar challenges, and many people around the world are working on this complex topic to improve communication, cooperation and collaboration between theory and practice, science and business.
🌐 By following the metaphor of the Danube, we can strengthen our connections and promote a more cooperative environment. So let’s bring people with different and creative perspectives together, let’s adapt flexibly to the current situation, let’s cross borders and boundaries together. And always follow our vision.
And above all, let’s take the opportunity to network and work together every day!
